Overview
The information in the document demonstrates how to Sign-in, access company files and folders, access company web apps, and outlook access from non-compliant computers if the organization policies allow that.
Portal Sign-In
- From your favorite browser, go to company portal: https://portal.office.com
- Enter your email address, Click Next
- Sign in Page background will change with company logo, Enter the password, click Sign In
- For the first time login, you will be prompted for more information required screen, click Next
- Complete Keep your account secure form by entering your mobile phone, select Text me a code, then click Next
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile, click Next
- SMS verified successfully, click Next
- Click Done
- If you prompted to sign in, enter your email credentials again
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile
- Click Yes to Stay Signed In
Folders, Files, and Email Access
- From the main Dashboard:
- Click Outlook to access your emails.
- Click SharePoint to access company folders and files
Company Web App Access
- Click square dots from the left-hand corner pane, select All apps to access company apps ex. CRM
- For first-time app access, you will be prompted to install Microsoft My Apps Secure Sign-in Extension
- Make sure the extension is installed. Go back to portal dashboard, square dots, select all apps, then select the needed apps
