Overview
The information in the document demonstrates how to Sign-in, access company files and folders, access company web apps, and Office products including outlook access from compliant MAC computers
MAC Sign-in
- Sign-in to your computer with existing MAC credentials
- We highly recommend changing your MAC password to be similar to your email password
- MAC PC managed by a tool called Company Portal that will make sure the PC is compliant before allowing you accessing and connect to the platform. Compliant policies such as change the password every 90 days and FileVault is turned on
Files and Folders Access
- Launch a Finder Window if you don't already have one open by clicking on Finder in your dock
- From the left pane, navigate to the encrypted folders and files you want to access under the Company name or Company alias
Company Web Apps Access
- Open your favorite Interner browser (Chrome, Firefox)
- Click on the blue square dots (My Apps Secure Sign-in Extension) icon to the right of the address bar.
- Click on My Apps to see all assigned company web apps or you can search for a certain app by typing on Search apps box
- To change My Apps portal settings:
- You can choose how many apps to view in the Recently Used section and decide whether to allow your organization's internal URLs to redirect.
- Click the Settings icon
- In the Settings box, select the number of recent apps you want to see on the portal, and whether to allow your organization's internal URLs to redirect so you can use them remotely

- To change My Apps portal settings:
Office365 Products and Outlook Access
- All compliant computers will have the latest Office 365 suite that includes Outlook 365.
- Outlook 365 Desktop is configured and accessible only from a compliant computer.
