Overview
The information in the document demonstrates how to Sign-in, access company files and folders, access company web apps, and outlook access from a Windows compliant computer (Business Workstation or Laptops)
Windows Sign-in
- Sign-in to your computer with Email credentials or Windows Hello Pin
- Windows Hello: a new credential in Windows 10, to help increase security when accessing corporate resources. In Windows 10, this feature offers a streamlined user sign-in experience—it replaces passwords with strong two-factor authentication by combining an enrolled device with a PIN or biometric user input for sign in.
Files and Folders Access
- Open Windows File Explorer
- From the left pane, navigate to the encrypted folders and files you want to access under the Company name or Company alias
Company Web Apps Access
- Open your favorite browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- Click on the blue square dots (My Apps Secure Sign-in Extension) icon to the right of the address bar.
- Click on My Apps to see all assigned company web apps or you can search for a certain app by typing on Search apps box
- To change My Apps portal settings:
- You can choose how many apps to view in the Recently Used section and decide whether to allow your organization's internal URLs to redirect.
- Click the Settings icon
- In the Settings box, select the number of recent apps you want to see on the portal, and whether to allow your organization's internal URLs to redirect so you can use them remotely

Outlook and Email Access
- All compliant computers will have the latest Office 365 suite that includes Outlook 365.
- Outlook 365 Desktop is configured & accessible only from a compliant computer.

from the desktop, start menu, or from taskbar
